BRIEF: learn a simple yet effective, step-by-step coaching model. Serve and lead the client while leveraging your unique strengths as a coach. Get a lot of practice and be amazed at how quickly you can help a client make progress.

TOOLS: perfect the use of powerful coaching tools like  the Miracle Question and Scaling. Virtually all coaching schools talk about empowering clients, but few have the tools to do so!

PRO: master the most challenging yet fairly common coaching scenarios: multiple stakeholders, conflict situations, decision making, assigning the right task…

WORKSHOP VENUE

The workshops will be held at the Four Point Sheraton at Sacramento International Airport.

Conveniently located off the 5, three miles from the airport and seven miles from downtown, it offers free transportation to and from the Airport.
