This means I will be sharing behavioral tips & techniques, I will be observing how you are integrating them in your behavioral repertoire and I will be giving specific feedback to improve your performance. Therefore, this kind of coaching intervention can be delivered only face-to-face.
– sessions can last from a minimum of 2 hours to a max of 4, depending on the specific kind of skills we are working on
