I recently bought "The Miracle Method" which shows how to use Solution Focused Therapy on oneself to handle problem drinking even though I don't drink because it was the only self-help book I could find on the topic. So if you know of any others please make a post about it or send me a email. I'm subscribed to your blog on feed burner so I'll now the next time you post.
