I keep checklists because they help me stay focused on what matters – I am easily distracted :)

The funny part is that people think that I am terribly organized because I am an obsessive list-keeper, when in fact, I keep multiple on-going lists because I am not natually organized at all!

It is a strategy though that works and one that I share with clients (friends and family too).

Re sharing my checklists with readers: no.
I encourage my trainees, during brief coaching workshops,to come up with checklists of their own; by posting mine, I would deny them a chance to explore and come up with what works for them.

Re the plug-in: I forwarded your request to my webmaster this week. He is back from vacation this weekend, so next week it should be up.

would you be w9illing to share your checklists for coaching with your readers? I’d be very interested in seeing them. Also, could you please add a plugin to your blog that would allow commenters to choose to be notified of replies to their post. That way if you reply next time I make a comment, I could see the reply.
